We had such a wonderful weekend. We went to an Easter Egg Hunt with friends on Saturday at Belmont, grilled steaks and played outside Saturday night, the Easter bunny came, and we went to church on Sunday. Weston had a GREAT time at the egg hunt and has really enjoyed his surprises from the Easter bunny. After the pictures below, I have attached a video of Weston at the egg hunt. It's hilarious! He was so excited, and without quite understanding the concept of the "hunting of the eggs", he just ran and ran through the crowd yelling and laughing. It's precious! Enjoy! When Daddy was growing up, the Easter bunny hid his Easter basket for him to find on Easter morning. Sticking with tradition, the Easter bunny hid my basket, too! It took me about 10 minutes to find it because I really didn't understand I was supposed to be looking for it.
When Mommy was growing up, the Easter bunny left a trail of eggs from my bedroom to where he left my surprises. So sticking with this tradition as well, the Easter bunny left a trail of eggs to more goodies!
