Gulf Shores, AL

Gamma & I took Weston down to Gulf Shores, AL for a week! It was a blast! Thanks to the Johnson family, we had a wonderful place to stay!! :) Weston had a great time...he thought the ocean was amazing, until a wave knocked him down. He then found the water intimidating...but warmed up to it by the time we left. The sand...he was into it...at times. It was really hard for him to walk in it but he loved playing in it! Enjoy the pictures!!

Weston's First Haircut on August 21

We finally did it...SAD! We got Weston's hair cut. We loved the long hair and the curls and let it stay long as long as we could. We caved because the poor guy's bangs started to get in his eyes and he was rubbing his eyes all the time as a result. So we turned our boy from a baby to an official toddler. It's the little things that make you realize how fast he is growing up!!

We took him to "Snip-It's", the hair salon for kids under 12! It was so neat! They had TVs at every chair, along with toys & music.

All done! And getting my picture made with "Snip-It" himself...I also got a "My First Hair Cut" certificate with my picture on it from the salon!
