Santa Came to Nashville!!

Santa came to Nashville! He came a little early this year because we are traveling to Ohio for the actual Christmas eve/day. We read "The Night Before Christmas" on Friday night and when Weston woke up Saturday morning, Santa had come to our house! Weston didn't know exactly what was going on, but he knew that something was different. I brought Weston down the stairs and Eric had the video camera getting all the good footage. When Weston spotted all the toys, he wanted out of my arms and ran to his stuff. He slowly touched everything. It was so cute! We had to tell him they were his things and he could play with them all he wanted! And boy did he! He played for hours...he played so hard that he slept until 9am the next morning :) This was such a wonderful 2nd Christmas experience with our little boy...enjoy the pictures!

It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas...

Christmas is next week!!!! CRAZY! My last post was after Thanksgiving and I feel like it was only a few days ago. Where does the time go?

Thankful for you...

We traveled to GA for Thanksgiving and had such a wonderful time. Weston was a delight and enjoyed seeing everyone! We are so thankful for Weston & all of our amazing friends and family. To say we are blessed is an understatement!

On another note...Eric, our friend Jen, and I updated our kitchen! We painted the cabinets, countertops, and hardware. I painted the dishwasher in Chalk-board paint so Weston can play on it while I'm in the kitchen. We also got a new island, thanks to my parents for Christmas! Here are the Before & After pictures...

Weston's Ohio Adventure

Last weekend, Eric, Weston & I traveled to Ohio to visit Grandma, PopPop, Uncle Pat, Aunt Sarah, Uncle Sean, & Cousin Abby. I had to come home Sunday, but Eric & Weston stayed until Wednesday. They went to the Zoo, The Natural History Museum, the park, and played, played, played. They had a great time visiting with and seeing everyone.
